With over 16 years of extensive experience in the banking and NBFC sectors, Mr. Sachin Kumar Dubey brings strong leadership, strategic vision, and deep industry expertise to Advik Welfare Foundation. Throughout his professional journey, he has held key positions at renowned financial institutions, including Casphor Micro Credit, HDFC Bank, Utkarsh Small Finance Bank, Satin Creditcare Network, IDFC FIRST Bank, and RBL Bank.

His diverse experience has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of financial inclusion, rural development, and customer-centric financial services. At Advik Welfare Foundation, Mr. Dubey is committed to empowering individuals and communities through innovative microfinance initiatives that promote financial independence, entrepreneurship, and sustainable socio-economic growth.

Mrs. Pooja Mishra

Mrs. Pooja Mishra, a graduate in Arts and a dedicated social worker, serves as a Director at Advik Welfare Foundation. She is deeply committed to empowering underprivileged communities, with a special focus on the social and economic upliftment of women.

Driven by a strong sense of social responsibility, Mrs. Mishra actively promotes women's empowerment through education, awareness, and skill development initiatives. She organizes and supports various community programs that encourage women to become self-reliant and financially independent. By providing training in handicrafts and other livelihood activities, she helps women develop sustainable sources of income and improve their quality of life.

Mrs. Mishra also works to raise awareness about various Central and State Government welfare schemes, ensuring that women and rural communities are informed about the opportunities and benefits available to them. Her efforts enable beneficiaries to access essential services and government support that contribute to their overall well-being.
